How do I book a tour?
Fill out the booking form on this page or contact us directly. We will respond within a few hours with a confirmed itinerary and answer any questions. No payment is required to secure your date — just your preferred tour, travel date, and group size.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. If we cancel due to extreme weather or safety concerns, you receive a full refund or can reschedule at no additional cost.
What should I bring on the tour?
Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and a light rain jacket (especially during the wet season from May to September). We provide water and drinks, but you are welcome to bring snacks. A camera is essential — the landscapes are extraordinary. If climbing Hang Mua, wear shoes with grip.
What time is hotel pick-up?
Pick-up times vary by tour: the Essentials departs at 8:00 AM, the Panorama at 7:30 AM, and the Odyssey at 7:00 AM. We collect you directly from your hotel in central Hanoi. If your hotel is outside the Old Quarter, we will arrange a convenient meeting point nearby.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Absolutely. Every tour is private, which means we can adjust stops, timing, and pace to your interests. Want to spend more time at Trang An and skip Bich Dong? Prefer a later start? Just let us know in the booking form or via WhatsApp, and we will tailor the day to you.
Are your tours suitable for children or older travelers?
Yes. The boat rides and temple visits are comfortable for all ages and fitness levels. The Hang Mua climb (500 steps) is optional on every tour — your guide will suggest alternatives if needed. We can also arrange child seats in the vehicle on request. Just mention it when booking.
