Common Questions

How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
We typically respond within 2-4 hours during business hours (8 AM to 8 PM Vietnam time, GMT+7). For inquiries received outside these hours, you will hear from us by the following morning. If your travel date is within 48 hours, contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response.
How do I pay for my tour?
We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and cash on the day of your tour. No upfront payment is required to confirm your booking — we reserve your date based on your inquiry alone. Full payment is due before departure. We will send you payment details along with your confirmed itinerary.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. If we cancel due to extreme weather or safety concerns, you receive a full refund or can reschedule at no additional cost. We understand travel plans change, and we handle cancellations with flexibility.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes. We accommodate groups of any size. For groups of 7 or more, we arrange larger vehicles or multiple vehicles and can tailor the itinerary to group interests. Mention your group size in the form or contact us via WhatsApp to discuss custom arrangements. Group pricing is available.
